Remove cobwebs

Apply biodegradable cleaning products to remove bird and pet droppings, as well as general grime, moss, ash and other organic and natural stains

Scrub, rinse, and dry all surfaces including walls, windows, doors, lights, gutters, eaves, etc. 

Remove screens and clean, squeegee the windows, wipe frames and hardware

Stucco and painted surfaces are treated with extra care
